Accessibility/disability requirements for Taiwanese companies

So a place I used to work would offer to pay for things like specialized glasses and whatnot for people with certain conditions to make them more comfortable at work. Are there any laws regarding this in Taiwan? Do companies need to make adjustments if an employee has in some way additional needs?

Basically I have scoliosis and would like a nice new ergonomic chair with good lumbar support, and if I can make a case to my company to get them to pay for it, I will.

So basically you’re asking for whether or not companies are obligated to accommodate for health/accessibility needs.

Those are the words I was looking for!

I haven’t read the law yet, but I’d start here.

This might have some info too
