Adding a how-to category

I wondered if a How-to category in the Life-forum would be a good idea. We could collect all the how-tos several users like @meishijia, @Fuzzy_Barbecue and others wrote and collect them in one place. Would make accessing the information gathered here more easy for everyone, especially new users.

How to mute politics forum should be tagged?

more than 100 howto threads are tagged now. It must be much easier to access forumosa wisdom for everyone.
