Since we’ve got a lot of new members each week, and the responses of old-timers to newcomer questions varies from the extremely helpful to the decidedly imperious, why not add a forum entiled “Advice Column,” or something similar?
I’m thinking members new and old could use the forum to ask for advice on a variety of Taiwan-related topics. Those who are impatient with newcomer’s questions can avoid the forum, and those who have wisdom and kindness to spare can offer their take on the best solution to the poster’s problem or question.
Sure, there are several forums where advice is given, but not a centralized forum for such. What do you think?
