If you’re going to have an in-flight medical emergency, best not be on a KOREAN Air flight!
A typical case of, “everything is fine, as long as nothing happens.” It’s not like accidents like this happen very often mid air, so it’s understandable that the crew might be overwhelmed, but of course it’s completely unacceptable if cabin crew cannot stick to SOP.
True but I don’t think the errors here are forgiveable…Failed to connect the oxygen mask to the oxygen bottle. Provided a defibrillator to passengers who were helping but provided no instruction to the point where no one actually pressed the button on the equipment to deliver the needed shock, despite the fact that the crew were supposedly trained. Passengers had to give the epinephrine shot from the medical kit provided by the crew.
Ones suspects the crew hiring was primarily based on looks.
