Assuming you mean CKS Airport, there’s three I’ve used:

0938-759-778. Mr. Wang. His rates are about $1100 - $1300 negotiable. He also will do R/T, negotiable. He drives a Benz S500. Based in Taipei.

0910-919-886. Mr. Liang. His rates are $900-$1000 negotiable. He drives a Cefiro. He also offers airport R/T for $1500. Based in Taipei.

(03) 383-3366. Rates are $1100. Based in Taoyuan. Uses Benz’s.
All three have given me excellent service. The first two are available at all times of the day and will accommodate last minute requests. Not sure if they speak English.

I’m wondering before I start calling the numbers provided by others if someone has a bit more recent info. Specifically, a particular driver and a rough estimate of cost from about City Hall in Taipei to CKS. Thanks in advance.
I have always used EB limousines and have never had any problems in 4 years. Rates are as agreed, they are on time and very courteous.
$900-$1100 Taipei >CKS. Higher rate is for late night/early morning transfers.
