I’ve been trying for a few days to go through identity verification in Alipay, but every time I try to access the page in the app (Account and Security > Identity Information - Verify now) I get a “Webpage not available” error. Is anybody experiencing the same issue?
I am in Taiwan and I’m using the international version of Alipay. I could link my Taiwan issued debit cards and I associated a Taiwan mobile number to my account.
I was able to set up Wechat Pay and verify my identity without problems.
