World Cup tourists don’t care as they will never return to the same restaurants… So aren’t “guilted” or “shamed” into tipping.
This is Donald trumps america. Why pay a minimum wage that is livable when you can just not tax those tips?

From what I can tell, it’s not really a major issue besides the news. I’m sure some are not tipping or not tipping much, but I think most people know about tipping in the US
