The documents you see on these pages:

overseasamericans.tripod.com/ove … /id39.html
overseasamericans.tripod.com/ove … /id38.html
overseasamericans.tripod.com/ove … index.html

are the actual deportation orders and court ordered injunctions sent to American rights activist by the police and obtained for the express
purpose of being presented to the US congress and public as documented
evidence of the targeted deportation of American rights activist in Taiwan.
If you have any questions about these documents you can contact the Foreign Affairs Police and ask them about these orders.
I have on many occasions and while the police in Taipei are very forthcoming with information and apologies.
Foreign Affairs Police Chief Peter Chen has refused to further comment on the Ezell persecution.

The head of Foreign Affairs in Taitung is a man named John, Peter left Foreign Affairs many years ago and now is an investigator in another branch.
Maybe John or Wendy will be more helpful to you.

If Peter Chen left the FAP why was he down harassing Americans at a soccer match just a few months ago?

Perhaps we would get more satisfactory results if they were talking to a representative of the U.S. government instead of me.
Send the letter, email or fax to your representative ASAP.
Eric

Peter left the FAP, he is still a policeman in another department. I said if you wanted an answer from the Taidong FAP, maybe it would help if you asked the FAP, not Peter. Col. John, Wendy, and Richard are the FAP police in Taidong.

This is what Brian Griffiths a Program Analyst for the
US Federal Voting Assistance Program has to say about your statement.

Eric I hope that you have not just violated the rights of this individual as far as sharing the content of an email that he sent to you. I hope that you did first ask his advice to place this information, his name and his email address on a public forum.

It would afterall be terribly embarassing if someone who holds himself up to being a rights activist impinged upon the rights of others in the process
