Annoying spam from Ohio PayLender

Is it worth fighting? Would a lawyer fight a case like this?

Non-US citizen, never resident in US keeps receiving email from an Ohio payday company despite having no account + never having contacted them. They persist in sending email that is clearly intended for their client but since I never agreed to receive such email. I’ve tried to resolve it with their support but it is pointless. I’m on like the 5th email already.

Thoughts?

Create a filter that puts their emails right into the spam folder?

Or engage: ask them for a $200k loan to your bank in Nigeria. I doubt you’ll hear back from them again ever.

Why would you waste money on a lawyer over spam emails. Just have it sent to your spam folder and tag it so all other emails from same company go to spam.

@ilikecoffee, shucks, you haven’t seen the stuff I get from India every day. So much, that I know about banks, interest rates, smartphone prices, etc.
Never went there nor bought or surfed its websites.

I’m doing that. Thanks. Just wondering if the Anti Spam laws mean $$$ for me! LOL!
