Our company has offered annual health checks for several years. This year they’re saying they’re going to send a résumé of our health check to the government. Is the legal? Can I opt out?

When you go to the health check place do not sign the paper allowing for information to be shared back to your company. That is what I have always done so far. My company would sometimes send out emails asking a bunch of folks to remember to send their health report (they do not bcc, so I can see others also “forgot”) and I always ignore those emails.
