Almost everything with toxins is psychedelic. I would guess yes , but would not recommend licking them lol.

All toads are lickable, but some are more lickable than others.

I lived near the Gold Coast in Australia in my formative years. Loads of them and people would lick them to get high.
Perhaps instead of smoking dope, the backpackers in Taiwan will start licking.
Or the begpackers can start a little “lick my toad for a donation” racket.
