American fitness YouTuber Leo and Longevity was found dead at a house in Pattaya, eastern Thailand, last night.
Officers from Pattaya City Police Station were called to a house in Pattaya Lagoon Village in Bang Lamung district at 8pm, where they found the body of 34 year old YouTuber Laith Abdullah Algaz – also known as Leo Rex – in the bedroom.
Police found Algaz lying face down on the floor in a pool of blood wearing just a black t-shirt. Blood was coming out of his mouth and nose, said police, and his left eye was bruised.
Officers estimated that Algaz had been dead for at least four to five hours.

Well for me the gym is part of bio hacking and stress relief. However yes there are many gay gym rats. Others maybe not gay but admire the male physique. There are many females in the gym these days mainly due to the rapid rise of female physique competitions. Anyway if your question about man tits was genuine look into aromitaze inhibitors they will at least stop it getting worse.
I feel it’s also a result of the popularity of having a large behind. The last time I went to the weight room (several times over the course of a few months), there was always a girl doing deadlifts and/or squats. That was definitely not the case a few years ago. A few years ago, only the guys did squats, and even then, it was a somewhat neglected exercise by most.
Back to the point of this thread, I’m getting a lot of tai chi ads on YouTube. Forget weights and do tai chi to stay young is what the videos seem to be promoting. I have never clicked on any of the videos, but they keep coming.
I did Tai Chi before , but I don’t think neglect strength building ; especially the legs. I focus a lot on getting a strong lower back and legs. I find as you get older you fall over more. Anything to keep those bones and supporting muscles strong.
I swim mostly and in a 25m pool that’s a ton of wall push-offs. I also do some mountain running. I feel my legs are strong enough but my knees are shot, especially for anything less than a 45-degree bend like standing from a low seat (I push down on the seat with one hand to avoid pain in the knees).
