Weights 5x a week is too much imo.

I used to do the same. Then down to 4.

Now down to 3 and making more progress than I have in yrs. 1 day on 2 days off would be ideal imo but the gym is a shit show at the weekend so I avoid.

Or more precisely, VO2 max, from what I’ve been reading. It is linked to better cardiovascular health, increased longevity, and a lower risk of chronic diseases.

I shared this elsewhere but it seems suitable also for this thread.

Not drinking prior to 10 a.m. does wonders in terms of anti-aging. I’ve been adhering to this strategy for years and even though I’m in the high 70s, I look at most 75.

MOST GUYS ARE STILL TRYING TO DIET THEIR WAY TO ABS… AND IT’S PATHETIC.

If anyone is rich on here you can spend 50 000NTD to get a genome screen. It will tell you the genetic likelihood of nearly all diseases and advises which foods to avoid and eat and which particular Vitamins etc you should take according to the 20 plus thousand gene variants they screen.

It can also cross check with yourpotential breeding partner to make sure that you don’t both have deleterious recessives. It checks for almost all possible cancer risks on a factor of high, medium and low risk.
