I have been craving for shawarma but don’t know where in Taichung I can buy, usually there are shawarma in night markets but it is not authentic (doesn’t have hot sauce, garlic sauce, i don’t know if it’s called pita bread).
In Daya Theresa is one Foodcart at Xuefu Road Close to the a-we Tea-Shop. I didn’t had the chance to try it out yet.
i live in Daya but i didn’t noticed that there is a food cart selling shawarma around there, I will take a closer look later if it’s still there.
Looks like the vendor could be Turkish, if that’s any indication of quality/ authenticity.
It would definitely have the authentic taste of Taiwan scooter smoke, of course.
