Any experiences with Massage Chairs?

I am looking to buy a massage chair for my parents.

Anyone have any good or bad experiences with a brand or model ?

So far, I have looked at Osim, Ogawa, Fuji, Johnson, Panasonic and Tokuyo.

Osim and Ogawa have the best use interfaces that support English but they are also the most expensive.

Any must-have features to look out for ? Any brands I should avoid ?

I am flexible on the budget. Anything from 40K to 150K. I’ll pay in installments.

Just want to get something with English, that’s durable and with good customer support if anything goes wrong.

Not a lot of e,periwnce. But the little I have had (also for parents and grandparents) is that many aren’t really that comfortable, some outright cause problems. Not a good surprise gift. Absolutely have them go with you and test out each model and be honest about where it hurts, rubs wrong etc(ie. Be their security guard against relentless sales people)

Thank you, I’ll take my dad with me tomorrow to test out the chairs.
The sales are quite pushy indeed.
