Any way to get the Android Market to show up in English?

When I go to the Android Market (market.android.com/), it shows up in Chinese. Is there any way to change it to English?

Yes there is. I think you need to add ?hl=en to the end of the url. I’ll check for sure when I’m back at my computer in case that’s wrong.

EDIT Just checked and I was almost right. Needs a / before the ?

Or you can just use AppBrain. It’s very useful for keeping track of your downloads and helps you to recover apps if you reset your phone.

That’s true. What I needed it for was to see the new books-as-apps feature that Google has. Unfortunately, I think I’m geographically-restricted, so I don’t have access to it for now.

However, AppBrain has been running very slowly on my phone recently, and it wouldn’t even handle the Layar and Gmail updates, so I’ve gone back to the stock Market app.
