just want to know who live near Shalu District,Taichung or who goes to Providence University,Taichung.Is the Providence University take often domestic or abroad student?

Do you mean to learn Chinese or to do a degree? If it’s learning Chinese, then all the students will be from abroad. If it’s a degree then they will be mainly locals, although there are also positions available for foreigners.

Local students wouldn’t need to “learn Chinese” so the Chinese language center only has foreign students. The country breakdown differs from one semester to another. You can find more information about their program here.
