Anyone spotted Peugeot cars? other French cars in TW recently?

In the last week i spotted 2 Peugeots and 1 Citroen.
Are French cars now available in Taiwan? or its just a coincidence that all 3 car owners are in Tianmu ?

thank you, how come they are relatively rare? i see far more German cars than French.

I’ve seen them all over Taiwan, but not so many. I think Taiwanese feel Mercedes-Benz and BMW will give them status.

I always wondered why the French keep making cars…

Their comfort is unbeatable. Peugeot’s comfort level both as a driver and as a passenger are very very good.

I’d go for one of their EVs but they somehow managed to make them accelerate as slow as molasses in January.

A teacher in my village used to own one. Had to be sent to the scrap yard.

:exploding_head: Natural rock fall? Or malicious?

See how square that rock is. Someone was propably up on the side of the mountain using machines to cut the rocks square then they held them waiting for a vehicle to pass underneath. A cubic metre weighs about a tonne. Maybe it was an insurance job?

Peugeot and Citroen are not common, but there are some. Renault is harder to find. I saw a Laguna this week, but they are extremely rare. Seat (not French) is the one I’ve never seen here, while Skoda is everywhere.

Fiat is also rare.only saw 1 here in all my years.

Seat is VW and Skoda is VW, maybe VW prefers selling Skoda as they are cheaper to manufacture in Slovakia.
