Did this many years ago, was very overgrown and regretted it in the end. Need to take a bus up to the comunities on the hillside to get easier access to all the trails in the Zhonghe/Tucheng area.
I read the article. What exactly is mentioned that warrants the need for your “Warning” ?
For those interested, my response is below.
I would think the “human body parts” would merit some kind of caution. All manner of horrible things took place at that site, and we get a glimpse of them in the link I posted above.

Did the mods blot out the above response as it’s too graphic? If so, how did I not read it in the article?
Definitely in the article!
This vegetarian restaurant next door to Bo has been on my list quite a while but haven’t visited yet.

I’ve driven that area a few times and always considered I would hate needing to walk up and down in the hills living there.
Damn. I’ll have to give it another look. Cheers
This place is a good easy hike, lots of insects too.

Not sure how close it is to the new line. I would usually drive to the top and hike down and back up.
I remember they had BBQ facilities there too.
It seems to be closed at present.
Operation begins on Feb. 10.
I wonder if that “China Town” (second from last stop) will have good dim sum.
“Rose China Town”?
