I said for those with a dependent ARC. Dependant ARC holders still need to wait 5 years for APRC

you shouldn’t omit the part “based on marriage to roc citizen or custody/visitation to minor roc citizen”, and the type of ARC is not a dependent ARC.

If you have a dependent ARC based on a Taiwanese spouse or children then you could naturalise after 3 years.
