You can update your mailing address and keep your residence address the same.
They did both of mine for free (maybe just lucky)
I also had to get a new card with new number and change my address. They only charged $60nt for postage to send the new card to me. Took exactly what they said… Two weeks.
Edit… oh you’re taking about DL. Yeah had to do that too. There was a fee for that. Had to change 2 licenses with new aprc number and change of address. Also changed registration on a truck and a motorcycle. Cost $500nt total.
I had just passed my heavy motorcycle test so they did all the changes at the same time to both licences, I don’t recall paying anything extra. I just had to go back in the afternoon to pick them up.
