I am currently completing my quarantine and need to apply for ARC. What documents do I need with me? I live in Taoyuan City, can I do it there or do I need to travel to Taipei?
Do you apply in person or can the documents be sent by post?

If you live in Taoyuan, you have to apply in Taoyuan.
You need to apply in person or you can also have an agent/friend to do it for you , but for the first time I think is better that you can go to Taoyuan city NIA office -ζ‘εεΈζεη« by yourself
