Hi guys, i hope everyones doing well.
Im taking an online course starting from September and I was wondering if i can extend my ARC cuz I am technically a student but just not in Taiwan and I will need the ARC to go back to Taiwan in January
and I will apply online so I cant physically go get my ARC will it be possible for it to be sent overseas? Any help would be appreciated, thanks
