Possibly, it would probably give her a boost at least.
It would do more than changing a completely inoffensive nose to a slightly different inoffensive nose imo.
These surgeons should be forced by law to give a common sense opinion beforehand.

She looked late 30’s at 23…also the original nose suited her better.
