Okay, (not so) random question here - in America there are a ton of companies that will ship products to the person of your choice anonymously.
Some of them are cute, (stuffed animals, chocolates, etc), some are debatable depending on the recipient (e.g. dildos), and some are less savoury, (e.g. actual animal faeces etc).
If a Taiwanese company were to provide a similar service, who would bear the burden of responsibility if the recipient were to sue? (I.e. would the court compel the company to give up the sender’s details?)
Similarly, if a Taiwanese citizen were to place such an order from an American company to another Taiwanese citizen, how would that play out? (I assume it would be on the plaintiff to try and get the American company to cough up the name of the sender? Or would the Taiwanese legal system actually work with the American side for that?)
And where would the line be drawn for public insult? E.g. if a single woman received a stuffy they’d probably be all 
ke ai! and posting it on social media, but if a married woman received such and opened the package in front of her family the reaction could be vastly different! 
Asking all this because I know somebody with such a company here in America who knows I’m moving to Taiwan and asked if I’d be interested in helping them expand their market - I’m thinking they have no idea what they’re asking here, but at the same time maybe a more limited version could be possible…? 
(Yes, yes, ask a real attorney, this is more of a litmus test of opinion.
