Are the forums getting too fragmented?

I no longer know where to post about some topics. Should Reagan’s death be discussed in IP, Open, Flame, or Flounder? If I decide to make a point about the French not having to sing “Deutschland Uber Alles”, does that go in History, IP, or Open? Or flame, or flounder for that matter?

Why are sheep discussed in Flounder? They aren’t fish. I call fowl.

Open is for oddball topics, rants and raves. Reagan’s death should definitely be discussed in IP, as he was an American politician. Flounder is a good place to post if you want your post to die an early death, if you are just screwing around, or are learning how to use various functions on the board. Flame - well, flame is where bad posts get moved. They don’t usually get started there - we don’t encourage flames. Culture & History is specifically about Taiwan and Greater CHina culture and history. If it’s political history, you can post in IP. If there’s no political element, you can post it in Open.
