Here in Kaoshuing,I feel I went to hip place (a Japanese hip place). Nice hip (hop) music (moderate vol. so can chat), with young boss and staff. Nice ramen at moderate price $220, hip Japanese-Taiwan design and the food, nice and bit different take on ramen with beef like in pho, fried lotus root and classic Japanese ground spices
