Here in Kaoshuing,I feel I went to hip place (a Japanese hip place). Nice hip (hop) music (moderate vol. so can chat), with young boss and staff. I got help from Marco. Weekends you might need reserve a table. Staff is nice (not sure they speak English but can Japanese)

Ramen in the city centre here in KHH, prices starting be higher than Japan
