This man maybe in trouble if they can find the girl he was trying ask out

The Second Police Precinct pointed out that the act of picking up girls could be covered under the “inappropriate pursuit” provision of the Stalking and Harassment Act, and called on the woman to file a complaint with the nearest police station, which will investigate the case severely.
So a 21 year-old girl leaned her chest against a guy at a park and asked him if he would play with her. The man reported her to the police, and she is being sued by the district prosecutors for harassment.
After reading the news more carefully, what she did was hugged the guy without asking, leaned her head against his chest, while asking the guy if she could be his girlfriend, could he play her, does he have a girlfriend. I think the guy wouldn’t have been so drastic if she came up to him and tried to get to know him like a normal person.
[Edit] I guess she really did just lean her head against his chest. The passage was a bit misleading.
Yeah, it didn’t sound police worthy. Presumably not really normal
Reminds me of a story, once me and my wife were in our 5-story walkup apartment, she was looking out the door, then she came over and said “TEMPO THERE"S A NAKED LADY IN THE STAIRWELL”. I went to take a look and sure enough, that was the case. She was clearly zonked out of her brain running up and down the stairs, stopping now and then. I wasn’t going out there in any way, and I was afraid she was going to break her neck, so we called the cops. They came with an ambulance in like 5 minutes. That settled things down, but it turned out it was the upstairs neighbor, a mystery to me. The guy was giving us sideeye for years after lol
I wonder what would be the most appropriate thing to do there without getting in trouble at the moment or down the road while providing assistance if she so needed.
Could be an opioid? During my recent trip back to Vancouver Island, there was a naked person in London Drugs. So many spaced out people in the parks, shops, etc.
Sounds like prophylactic reporting. If she’s genuinely off-kilter enough to do this to a complete stranger there’s no end to what she would be capable of if she reported him first. My first thought was it was a prank until I read more of the story.
Could have been suspicion of fraud/scam/blackmail setup also. It’s not normal behavior by the woman so something strange going on, better to report to the police to save other people from being scammed of money
