Never mind having a lifetime sentence of solitary confinement - make it in a shoebox. The poor bear must have gone insane living like that.
It said she had a license to keep the cats - I wonder what getting a license stipulates … certainly it SHOULD stipulate adequate accommodation - a MUCH larger enclosure.
And to take it even further: perhaps companionship - you can’t keep a lion unless it is an intact pride with adequate territorial and hunting space. Prey must also be present. Maybe the Serengeti would be a better place for the lion, at least.
Why’d they shoot the bear?
neighbor shot the bear while it was attacking her in the cage. wasnt the bears fault, it was a bear, kept inhumanely in a cage.
