After I lodged the complaint with FOI, they sent me 2 email, one from the support department saying they r reopening the case, and another from the case officer who first contacted me who is saying that they will review again and let me know in 3-5 days.

in my experience, stay far away from Indonesian banking. business experience, TW is middle age, they r stone age.

Man on a mission. I love it. I have more credit cards than I need now. I have two personal bank accounts and a business account with Taiwan Co Op Bank. So I have bank accounts with Taiwan Co Op and credit cards Cube, Air Asia miles, Fubon, CTBC Showtime and CTBC China Airlines.
