Nah, so tired of not just Taiwanese food, but Korean, Japanese and Chinese. My wife suggested Ichiran Ramen, and I turned it down. I don’t know what it is, I’m just burnt out on this entire geographical region.

I’m the same. The food was good for the first six months after moving back, but now I’ll spend the time, money and effort for something Western.

Which ones did you order? I usually get the patty melt. I had the pastrami once but that made my stomach hurt a bit (not blaming the restaurant - I just assumed I was pastrami-intolerant).

The carnitas is on point! Cubano is also good and tried chicken katsu today.

Diner is good if you want, well, diner-style food.

I find the Diner to have a wide variety of dishes and all taste pretty authentic. Better than Fridays, Chili’s by far. This is my go to place but starting to get bored with the menu.
