Hi. I have a Taiwanese friend that asked me for some good NON-CHAIN cram schools for her 5 year old nephew. Any recommendations?

Taipei city where?
Surely they want somewhere local to them?

Also, 5 year old should be kindergarten not cram school, or are they thinking for the future?
