Where is the best 蚵仔麵線/ oyster thin noodle in taipei? I haven’t been able to find one that’s really good. And I’m not a huge fan of 大腸麵線/intestines noodles as I don’t really like intestines. Are there any famous branches that I should eat. Would also be great if they had stinky tofu.
I can only think of 陳記 at 萬華. There’s also a branch at 中山 mrt station I think.
There’s a hole in the wall, literally a hole in the wall, spot in Rao He Night Market. If you aren’t looking, you’ll miss it 10/10 times.
Keep your eyes open when you hit the temple (松山福德宮) on the southern side of the night market.
I really like this shop. 順口蚵仔大腸麵線. I tend to get the 肉丁 one which is good if you’re not into intestines and not in the mood for oysters.
Their chili sauce is pretty good too.

Thanks guys. I personally love local Taiwanese food as much as any high end western restaurants if not more. I can eat as much as I want without spending much.
I dare you to spend as much food at a 小吃 as you would spend at a nice western restaurant.
