Not the case, I received a parcel recently from Taiwan, under 2kg 7 days wait.
I forwarded a parcel 970g? To Taiwan from UK 21 days for recipient to receive.

Yeah we received a parcel last week. Maybe something has changed very recently, but Iād give it another try in a different post office.
OK I once had a problem YongHe post office as I had written return address in English, was told has to be in Chinese.
So I make a fuss manager leaves his post and takes care of parcel - he says no problem.
