Whilst being a bit bored during Typhoon season in the east of Taiwan, I figured it would be nice to pick up yoga again (I used to be a yoga teacher in a previous life). I can not be bothered to organise in-person classes (also I don’t think there is a lot of interest in English or Dutch yoga classes here) so I started recording them on YouTube.
