There are some pink slips outside saying they are expecting power cuts due to some work… Did you see any in your area?
I woke up around 4 AM to discover the AC units in my room and each of my kids’ rooms had turned off, so yes, I think there was some kind of power outage at my place too. Also in Beitou.

Power went out at around 12:30am and did not come back until around 4am. I was up all night because it was impossible to sleep in the heat. But outside it was seriously nice with the breeze and all that. Has anyone slept on the rooftop like people in India do?
