Black Pudding, Euro or Taiwan version better?

I like one in the UK and Ireland, but also in Taiwan I like this version (There are quite a few kinds)

I prefer Taiwanese food in general to UK food, but UK black pudding > Taiwan black pudding, without a doubt.

Taiwanese people don’t even know what brown sauce is, so how can they expected to have a good black pudding? :stuck_out_tongue:

Zhu xie gao. Better texture, plus sauce, coriander and peanut/ sugar powder. No contest.
I’ve also had a ‘san bei’ zhu xie gao once. Amazing.

I had black pudding recently and it’s a bit crap. Similar to cumin
