Teaching at a buxiban and I think I’ve upset the bosses one too many times. Classroom management issues and got off on the wrong foot to start with. Don’t want to go into to many details (haven’t pulled a runner or anything like that) but worried I will be fired soon.
I heard rumors that if you get fired you get put on a blacklist of teachers that can prevent you from getting a work permit in the future. Wondering if there is any validity to this. Did some searching around on the forums but most of the topics on this are about a decade old.
So what about it? I feel people must get fired here and there and are able to find a new job. Do I need to worry about getting put on a blacklist that will essentially end my future in Taiwan?
