Blue Cheese dressing on stir fried spinach--YUMMY

YUp new thing I am doing. Stir fry spinach , with just a bit of cooking spray and a dash of blue cheese dressing. YUMMY !!! Give it a try.

Spinach is dang expensive here in CAlif though, a little prewashed bag for 3 bucks. A bag thats only really bout one wok full . I loved the cheap veggies in Taiwan.

Didnt like the dressing on spinach as a salad. Spinach is much better stirfried. Put a bit of dressing while stir frying it and its pretty good. You can try all kinds of dressings. A little goes a long ways though.
