No, sorry. There are also no shops which offer the same range (pharmacy, drug store, sandwiches, cosmetics etc.). Watsons and Cosmed are like crappy Boots-lite. What specifically are you looking for?

There are now huge chain pharmacies (some open 24/7) popping up all over the island … be aware that most drugs are issued by hospitals and doctors after a visit …
Pharmacies have mostly OTC drugs and everything you need from diapers to milk powder, BP devices, thermometers …
I think you’ll have difficulty finding those products here (not a lot of naturally curly locals). Might need a trip to HK/Singapore where there are larger Western populations.
There are several chains -Sasa, Vivo, etc- that offer foreign products. If you are close, go to Gongkuan and have a look at the cosmetics stores there. I’ve seen mouse, gels, conditioners for curly hair there.
