You can find any chemicals at any of the chemical stores on that street. You can tell them the name in English, they will understand. If they don’t have it they can order it (might take time…). It’s a candy store for those pyromaniac types…
天水路 is Tian1-shui3 lu4. The only chemical I was unable to find there was alum (back when I couldn’t find styptic pencils).
You should be able to get alum (ming fan, I think) in any Chinese medicine shop.

What’s a liquid blueing? is it that thing used to turn gun metal blue? I think they are usually composed of selenium compound or something. If that is what you want read up on its chemical formulation and see if you can make your own…
We want it for a crystal growing experiment. Don’t know about gun making, only shooting 
But I remember it might have been something like selenium cyanide. It was complicated to make too, more than making the crystals.
