Does Taipei have any Sephora-like stores? Idee (and probably Sogo and Shinkong too) have counters only for certain brands. I’m hoping there are stores that carry assorted higher-end brands where I can try my luck. I’m looking for Philosophy foundation and Vincent Gallo concealer in particular.
