Accidentally I found a small brunch store near Feng Nan junior high school. The weekend menu is worth trying. Excellent Lasange for 100 NT. Heard the cook is an Italian/American. Check their facebook to know when this special dish is offered. https://www.facebook.com/cookingwitch/
