Does anyone have a budgeting or personal finance software they can recommend? Maybe even something that has a mobile version.

But this is mostly for keeping track of expenses that I will get reimbursed for (work related).
This. Or Excel if you need more powerful functionality.
Both give you much more flexibility to do exactly what you want than any off-the-shelf software.
I am using https://www.ynab.com/ which is a budget app using the envelope method of budgeting. It’s a bit pricey though…
