Is there or is there not a direct bus service from Taipei to Hualien? I’ve been there a few times, every time by train, but would like to catch a bus for a more scenic route, possibly following the road against the cliffs right next to the ocean. People tell me there are no buses to Hualien.
Can this be true? Does anybody have any info on this?
