Hello, are there places I can sell used designer wallets and bags? Can anyone recommend a place that won’t rip me off?

there are facebook groups, and there used to be a shop across the street from zhongxiao fuxing mrt station.
as for the rip off: they will all rip you off, they buy at 30% of original price and re-sell at 60% of original price

that’s why I suggest ruten or shopee because that way you can sell at used price and only have to pay the seller fees.

I think there’s some stores that sell refurbished stuff that also buys if you want to be quick about it instead of people annoying you about it it’s authentic and lowballing you with 50 messages. Which is my experience selling anything online.

Sure you can do that, just be prepared to be ripped off.

These stores have to make money too.

I feel like I always get ripped off online anyways. Sometimes I rather not even sell something and give it away rather than giving it to some asshole lowballing me. Usually from people from the Philippines, Indonesia, and India…they’re really annoying about that.

I know I’ve seen these refurbish shops somewhere but I have no idea where to point the OP to. Near a night market?

Yea I have been trying to sell a guitar amp and some guy thinks I sell for too high, and then proceeds to show me people selling them for 2000 (I was selling for 8000), except it’s the wrong model and it’s a 15 watt guitar amp rather than a 50 watt guitar amp.

I don’t like dealing with filippinos because of this. I sold an action camera to one and he asked me to unpack everything (it was new in box) and take pictures of it and all that. Then he decided he wanted a return because he was too dumb to use it. I said that’s not my problem, then he comes back and basically tells me why I am so cruel and all that, saying that if all Taiwanese are like that.

I wish I could tell him, you don’t like it you can go back to your country.

3 months ago a friends mate got caught and fined 40000 ntd for selling fake bags on the market.
Be sure they are Authentic first.

Not sure… hopefully someone else can answer. I only remember that place because I’ve noticed it exiting the MRT there.
