Does anyone have any advice or thoughts on how to go about purchasing a “new” car? I put “new” in quotes because it doesn’t necessarily have to be a new car, it could be a used car from the last couple years with low mileage. Anyway, I can’t seem to find any car listings in English but I can understand why that would be relatively hard to maintain. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
