Anything like this in Central Taipei? Cake Pops

Otherwise, is there anything that can be used as a substitute for birthday cake? Would love to have a way to sing happy birthday while at Heping Island GeoPark and then distribute something for a couple dozen people to eat. But want to avoid inconvenience of cutting cake or accumulating trash. (Unless anyone familiar with Heping Island knows if there’s an area with picnic tables)

Baskin Robbins sells ice cream cakes. If you have a day or so for prepping, you can store the cake in a bottle in liquid form and then hand it out as shots during the trip. Much easier to transport that way.
