Taiwan not being a member of the Madrid system, I’m wondering if it would still be possible to transfer an existing international trademark (based on a Benelux trademark) to a company in Taiwan.
Would it work to simply write “Taiwan (CN)” or “Taiwan, China” in the transfer form?
